I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...

Jessica got my attention when IWLYF first came out on the radio. She has such an amazing voice and good manner about her self. I have been through many trials and just whatever comes out of life. When I am feeling down or sad all I have to do is put a Jessica cd in the radio or Newlyweds in the dvd player and she makes me happy. I went through a divorce in 2004/2005 and her strength and admiration helped me become stronger. She is such a good influence and role model for girls and women in general. She is so real and does not hide a thing and she shares so much of her life experiences with her fans. It almost makes you feel like you know her personally. It is so nice to know that there is someone of a celebrity status that can relate to their fans and not try to be something they are not. She is very humble and it makes her such a beautiful person inside and out.

Recently being her fan has brought a wonderful man and the love of my life into my life. Most of you should know who he is. He is Jess' Wingman. We met in Sept of '05. We originally start chatting on The Jessica Simpson Message Board. We got married on May 19, 2007. And we had a beautiful baby boy on May 28, 2008. If it was not for Jessica, I would not be where I am today. And I owe her many thanks. And someday I hope to thank her in person.

So, this is why I am a fan. And I think that people out there that say all this hog wash about her would take a minute and really listen to her music and get to know the real Jessica they would see that they were wrong and she is so much better then they thought. Just maybe they would change their way of thinking and become a fan as well.
