I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...Jessica Simpson is everything and more to me! I have no idea why I didn't do this sooner, but better late then never, right? I can't even describe how much I love Jessica. I don't even know her but I talk about her like we are old friends! I'll even defend her and argue with people who try to talk bad about her. Back when the "Pop" phase hit and all these Britneys', Christinas', Backstreet Boys, N*Sync, Mandy Moores', and all came out Jessica was the only who could ACTUALLY sing! All be it Christina has a powerful voice too, but Jessica is soooooooo much better! Jessica was the only one with any kind of talent and it's down right shameful that she never got the respect she deserved!
Not only is Jessica my favorite female singer ever, but she is also my Hero. I look up to her so much. She has been through so much s*** but yet still holds her head up high. She has had so much heartache, but yet is still one of the most caring and loving people ever! Every TV apperance I see, every article/interview I read, she gives her all and is truthful and doesn't hide her true feelings. She puts up with so much crap from the media/tabloids that it is amazing how she keeps her cool. She is an extremely strong person.
Jessica Simpson is an amazing role model, she makes me feel so much better about myself. Her songs touch me and mean a lot. She is a woman who is very comfortable with herself, and she'll be the first to tell you that she wasn't always like that. She freely and openly admits that even she goes through tough times with body image and self esteem, but has learned to love herself for who she is. I LOVE that about her! Her song "In This Skin" really proves this and means a lot to me. Jessica has helped me to love myself and see the beauty in me. And for that I am forever grateful!
I know that I am rambling on, but I honestly don't know where to stop when talking about how amazing Jessica Simpson is. Jessica Simpson is a STRONG BEAUTIFUL woman who deserves nothing but Happiness and Good Things! I LOVE YOU Jessica Simpson, you're the BEST!!!
