Some people’s hatchling that were actually at Jessica Simpson’s Country Thunder show argue that Jessica was not hissed, in fact, they say, the listeners loved her and cheered her on. She also told the listeners “I’m not making another pop record ever again!” And make sure to catch the part at the beginning where she says she almost “tinkled” she was so nervous before the show. Well she gives lovely performance. 70-561

Well first of all I went to Country Thunder and i got to meet Jessica there. While she was singing her songs I got to sit above the stage. It was awesome. My aunt and uncle are the owners of Country Thunder and they told me that she did the best of all the singers there. I love you Jess!!!

wow

Well I think jessica really found her voice !! I forsee much sucsess in this new direction she has taken. Country seems to be what suits her best !!! Great new single !!

I enjoyed your performance at Country Thunder in Twin Lakes,Wisconsin.
I have heard mixed reviews from friends and the local media. I think this was due more to where your management and Country Thunder put you in the line up than from anything you did . Since Country Thunder was your first country performance I think a lot of people felt you should have been put on earlier in the day rather than right before the main act.
The other reason I think some people were dissapointed was the long explanations you gave before some of your songs.

Overall I really enjoyed your performance and hope you come to the Chicago Country Music Festival in October or maybe next year's Taste of Chicago.

Sgt. Chorley is out of line. If Jessica was in Iraq that right there shows what kind of women she is. I think you owe her a appology. She in a kind hearted way was playfully talking of her time there while trying to bring some Joy and Entertainment to our troops. She too put herself in harms way going there PERIOD. Her statements in noway ment that she experienced being a soldier of YOUR calaber, All i got from what she said was she had a better understanding of being a soldier by being there and experienceing the surroundings. And meeting our troops. I think her going over there was wonderful. And she deserves Americas respect for doing it. It is a little sad to see a SOLDIER would stike out at Jessica with words like that. Jessica did not sign the dotted line like you did to live like that. But she still went and risked herself and put smiles on our military's faces. Something we cannot go do. Get a grip St Chorley!!!!Jessica keep up the good work. God Bless

i was wondering if jessica reads these comments and would like to say i think she is fantastic, and cant wait for the new album.so keep them coming and once again thanks for the pleasure of meeting you at country thunder.

andichorley... I totally respect you and all the soldiers and i greatly appreciate everything yal are doing over in Iraq! BUT... Jessica im pretty sure did not mean anything like what your saying. she was just tellin us she got to go over to iraq and do SOME not all of the rough stuff yal do she wasnt trying to say that she was a soldier she just got to stay out there for a little while and im sure its nothing compared to what you hav done but give Jessica some slack she was just saying what she did in iraq she didnt mean it literally so be a little less offensive it was just a litttle phrase to describe a little of what she did very briefly and slightly jokingly! Jessica has TONS of respect for the soldiers and supports them as much as she can and i really do not think she should not hav said that it was just a little fun phrase! my uncle went over to Iraq and watched his best friend die and been shot at and all kinds of stuff so I know what happens or some of what happens over there so dont think i am clueless or whatever I just think your completely overreacting to nothing and Jessica doesnt deserve that especially when she was trying TO support the troops over there!

I would like to let you know that I am a fan. I think that you can be a good role model for young girls. However, You need to think befor you speak. In your Glamour* interview you said when you toured overseas, you had to "rough it like a soldier". Im in the middle of my second hard tour in Iraq. I am the only female in my platoon. I spend weeks at a time in the middle of nowhere baghdad in my truck. I have had to pee in water bottles and poop in plastic bags. I have watched friends die and had to continue mission without them. If you really think that you had to rough it like a soldier, I think you are confused on what we have to do over here. Next time think. My battle buddies and I appreciate the respect that you seem to have for the service members but please remember that you have no idea what we go through. Have a nice day, Sgt A. Chorley

got the chance to meet jessica and will always remember it as the highlight of my life.thanks jessica.

Like others who have commented on this site , I am not a Country fan, but Jessica has done such a great performance of this song I can't wait to purchase the album.

Why anyone would boo such a performance is beyond me. Drunk sounds about right.

I would love to hear Jessiva do Jazz, I am sure whatever she chooses to record she will do a great job of it.

Thank for putting "you" into every performance.
