I would like to say that Jessica is amazing in concert. Her new album is going to be awesome. The songs are so personable and everyone can relate to them. I just saw her at the Indiana State Fair and I could not get over how sweet she is. She truely cares about her fans and that is an awesome feeling.
I just like to say, I think that there is nothing she cannot sing, she has a great voice for anything. You have what hairdressers say about oval faces, they can get by with any hair style. Well you have the voice of an angel, you can sing anything and the good thing about your singing you sing from the heart. And because you do, its makes you a great singer. No matter what you sing you will do great.

I'll admit I used to say there was no way she could cross over, but I love Come on Over, and I think that so far Jessica is fantastic. and I was very skeptical at first.
If I heard a pop single from Jessica Simpson on the radio I would listen to it, but I wouldn't run out and buy the CD, after hearing your first country single .. I CAN'T WAIT TO RUN OUT AND BUY THE CD.. you're a talented young lady who deserves a lot of credit for taking a chance and cutting a country album .. if the rest of the cd is as great as the first single, then I hope you continue making great country songs!!!

I heard your interview on KNIX and you did a great job clearing the air on the Wisconsin issue. Just wanted to send a little more encouragement your way. I'm coming from a little different place because I'm a country fan who wasn't into pop and didn't hear much of your pop stuff. I just LOVE your new single and I think you will find a comfortable new home in country music. I was a skeptic, but you sound very much at home, in my opinion, in the world of country. I guess you can't take the Texas out of the girl! Great, authentic and fun sound.
Keep it up, you're doing great. Can't wait to hear the album and I hate half the media anyway! :)

But Jessica in the flow with what everyone here has said I agree I know you will get bad press or criticism in the future and now about your country album! it happens to everyone and no matter what if anything fails which I know it wont bc youre amazing but if it does you still hav all of us who come on here every day and are your die hard fans who would literally do ANYTHING for you ANYTHING at all! No "Pop" albums???
Jessica, I love you and your voice. But, no more pop albums??? Why? I like your song Come on Over. I'm not buying your album yet until I hear all the songs on it. If it sounds too much like country, then we won't buy it. Me and my friends hate country music! Even though you have a great voice, it still matters. Too many people want pop from you. It's what your best at. I am a HUGE fan, and i'm sorry, your going to let me and my friends down, and everybody else who feels this way, b/c we can't buy your records anymore if that's the way you'll be going. Were sad about that.
