thank you for being a role model!
I think she is a beautiful woman and its nice to see a strong women in hollywood who isn't ashamed of her body. I hate how the media has been so cruel about her weight issue. She is NOT FAT by any means and it only makes women like me feel even worse about myself. I wish more and more stars would be themselves and not starve themselves and go on insane work outs to be super skinny, it send the wrong message to America's youth that you're only beautiful when you're skinny. So i thank Jessica for being a positive role model and sticking up for herself.

Right on!! you are so correct.
Jessica,
I also want to thank you for being a positive role model to young women across our country. You seem to be a caring, decent person who has her head on straight. Don't let the negative comments of the media get to you. Hollywood is not real life. The young women across our country pay attention to celebrities and the media and, as a result, many suffer from low self-esteem and eating disorders. They need to see beautiful young women such as you who can show them that true beauty comes from within...from health and self-respect.
You most certainly do NOT have a weight problem. Have you ever noticed the paintings of women by the classic artists? Those women have meat on their bones! Artists didn't want to paint a portrait of a "stick". Most lovers of art don't want to look at the portrait of an emaciated woman. If they want a painting of a stick, they'll purchase a painting of a tree. You look healthy, curvy, and feminine...the way a woman should look. My twins have never cared for skinny girls (both of my sons are naturally stick thin). Their wives are curvy...I suppose, by Hollywood standards, they'd be considered fat.
Perhaps you can join others who are speaking out against the negative publicity that encourages such deadly behaviors as anorexia and bullemia. Just be yourself and love yourself. Parents and young women across this country will be more than grateful.
