I purchased a pair of Jessica Simpson shoes about a year and a half ago. I work at a funeral home as an intern and during my work day my shoe had the little rubber piece on the bottom of the heel fell off. Leaving a nail stick out and it snagged our oriental rug that was very expensive. I wasn't happy about this but I had a couple other pairs of shoes and they seemed to hold up fine. I just recently purchased a purse. I love the design of the bag. It is gorgeous. Two weeks after I purchased it the purse strap completely broke off. Macy's let me return it but now again two 1/2 weeks later the purse strap has broke off again. I just want to inform everyone that Jessicas products are nicely designed, but the quality is very poor. It seems to me as if the company needs to invest in more rigorous product testing.
