A Letter from the Heartland
Dear Jessica,
I remember you previous web layout. You had quotes and words of wisdom for people to be inspired from. So I am going to return a few words, by me, and from other famous people. I keep a blog (I make no money on it) where I write to free my mind or perhaps help others on this journey we call Life. When on your travels or backstage waiting - perhaps there is something in there that will give you a needed boost.
As for weight - I have always been husky to what became overweight at 270lbs. I am not agreeing with the money making tabloids, this is just a recent event after a LIFETIME of otherwise. Last year I decided I wanted to change. I do not have model or perfect body by cultural standards, but I now weigh 190lbs. I have a belly still, inner thigh fat (hard to lose isnt it? =). I created that weight loss blog because I did it WITHOUT Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem, Hydroxycut, Slim Fast, Subway Jeret, Acai Berry - I did it by walking and changing my eating habits. In the end, it is how the individual feels inside about their own being.
